Next Level Solution Selling: Strategies and Methods taken from experience

The transformation from product to solution provider opens up considerable potential for manufacturing companies for additional income and long-term customer loyalty. The FIR at RWTH Aachen and the Sales Management Department at the Ruhr University Bochum are working on how companies can take their business model to the next level and successfully build solution selling in the research project SolutiKo – Solution Selling Cooperation Platform. Together they create access to knowledge and solutions for the structured development of solution selling. In collaboration with renowned industrial companies, the cooperation partners develop practical knowledge.
